The casing rotator is a heavy-duty special equipment for deep foundation piling construction. It is mainly matched with crawler cranes and impact grabs for full casing pile foundation operations, solving complex geological problems that cannot be handled by traditional piling equipment. Equipped with a high-power full-hydraulic drive system, the machine outputs super-large rotating torque to drive the steel casing for 360 continuous rotation and uniform downward penetration. It effectively breaks and cuts the friction resistance between the soil layer and the casing, cooperating with impact grabs to complete soil excavation, slag removal and hole forming. The body is integrally welded with thickened high-strength steel plates, featuring rigid structure, large bearing capacity, stable operation and strong impact resistance. Compatible with straight-seam steel casings, single-row and double-row threaded steel casings, it easily penetrates silt, quicksand, backfill layers, pebble layers, boulders, karst and other collapse-prone complex strata.
